In light of the recent spike in Covid cases in our state, the Elders of Harvest are asking everyone to please wear a mask while inside the building on Sundays. This is a temporary measure intended to promote good health and safety among our church family.
This measure does not apply to our youngest children, but we do strongly encourage kids age four and older to wear one if able. Children appear to be more susceptible to this current strain, and we want to do all we can to protect them.
We lament the inconvenience of measures like this, but we also joyfully acknowledge the opportunity to “humbly regard one another as more important than ourselves.” As the church, we shine brightly when we “do not look out for our own personal interests only, but also for the interests of others.” (Philippians 2)
Thank you all for the way you have modeled this heart attitude throughout this pandemic! We are so thankful to be part of a church that cares well for one another.
We will continue to offer disposable masks on the table by the front door for anyone who needs one.
For those unable to join us in person, or for any who feel uncomfortable attending right now, we invite your to join us for worship online. Please visit the “Harvest @ Home” link on Sunday morning.
